Samantha Mukoya Masengeli is a distinguished legal professional, arbitrator, and strategic leader, with extensive expertise in arbitration, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), Family law, Surrogacy, Adoptions, and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs). As a founding partner of NML Advocates LLP, she has successfully built a reputable legal practice that prioritizes client-focused solutions, ethical advocacy, and progressive legal strategies.

As an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Domestic Arbitrator and ADR practitioner , Samantha plays a pivotal role in shaping legal discourse in family law and reproductive rights, particularly in surrogacy, ARTs, and adoptions, where she provides specialized legal counsel, policy guidance, and regulatory compliance support. She is an active member of professional bodies, including the Law Society of Kenya, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London and Kenya), the African Arbitration Association, and the Women in Alternative Dispute Resolution Association.

A passionate advocate for technology-driven arbitration, Samantha has spoken at multiple panels, conferences, and seminars on the intersection of arbitration, AI, and virtual dispute resolution.
