Reagan is an Associate at SM & Co Advocates (formerly Shonubi, Musoke & Co. Advocates) practicing in the corporate and commercial department and the litigation department. His practice covers a broad range of international and domestic complex commercial disputes. He also has extensive practical experience in commercial and financial litigation.

Reagan has been involved in a number of high value commercial transactions from structuring to implementation and in certain instances including the litigation aspects. He has advised and continues to advise on significant commercial disputes notably in the fields of aviation (aircraft lease and maintenance disputes), contractual disputes, joint venture and shareholder disputes, construction disputes, fraud and insolvency-related matters.

Reagan has acted (and is acting) as a party representative in various high value arbitral proceedings in Uganda, London, Dubai and Ethiopia. Reagan obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University, Kampala- Uganda and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. He was the recipient of the Law Development Centre- Principal Judges Award. He has received numerous trainings including in arbitration. He is a member of the East African Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.
