Ian Paul Bakiza is a proficient Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the planning, design, implementation, monitoring and coordination of public infrastructure projects.

His extensive experience as a senior engineering manager span over 09 years, during which he successfully managed and supervised the implementation of a project portfolio valued at over USD 500 million.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University, Professional Registration as an Engineer with the Engineer’s Registration Board (ERB); is a FIDIC Certified Contract Manager; is a certified project manager with Project Management Institute (PMP). Additionally, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIARB) and is a licenced dispute board practitioner with the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (M-DRBF).
